You are entitled to be paid the following overtime:

1.5 X your hourly rate of pay

• After 9 hours in a day
• After 40 hours in a week, &
• First 9 hours on the 6th & 7th consecutive workday

2 x your hourly rate of pay

• After 9 hours on the 6th & 7th consecutive day
